Telephone Moves, Adds, Changes (MAC)

Requests to move, add and/or change the configuration associated with any UNO phone should be sent to the Telecommunications Manager

These changes should be approved by the Department Dean, Chairperson or Director.

A Telecommunications Analysis is available on either extension 4-3599 (Andrew Taylor) or 4-2122 (Mike Sheridan) to discuss your activity. The service interval may vary depending upon the nature of the request but a general service interval for planning purposes is five (5) working days.
